Key Responsibilities

- Adapt to the needs of individual pupils and support them in accessing learning opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to create a supportive learning environment.
- Promote the wellbeing, safety, and positive behaviour of all pupils.

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to think on your feet.
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
