What your role will involve:
- Supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2
- Leading small group interventions and classroom activities
- Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons
- Helping pupils stay focused, motivated, and confident in their learning
- Stepping in to support where needed to keep the day running smoothly
- Building positive relationships with children and staff alike

Who we’re looking for:
- An experienced HLTA or confident teaching support professional
- Comfortable supporting across KS1 and KS2
- Able to lead small groups and support whole-class learning
- Calm, patient, and approachable in your manner
- Flexible and proactive, happy to adapt throughout the day
- Someone who builds strong, positive relationships with pupils

What we need to get you started:
- Right to work in the UK
- Two proofs of address
- A CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps explained
- Two years of references, including education or childcare where applicable
- An overseas police check if you’ve lived abroad for 3 months or more in the last 5 years
