About the Role

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school environment in Sheffield. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.
• Help pupils develop their confidence, communication and learning skills.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required.
• Assist with classroom organisation and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Encourage positive behaviour and promote pupil wellbeing.
• Monitor pupils' progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

• Previous experience working in a school or with children is desirable but not essential.
