Job Duties:
• Support: Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN in a classroom setting. 🧑🏫
• Assist: Help teachers implement individual education plans tailored to each student’s unique needs. 📑
• Engage: Monitor and supervise students during class activities, ensuring they understand instructions and tasks. 🤝
• Manage: De-escalate challenging behaviour with positivity and effective behaviour management techniques. 🌈
• Communicate: Build positive relationships with teachers, parents, and professionals while maintaining detailed records of each child’s progress. 📝
• Nurture: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that helps children integrate into school life more easily. 🌱

Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK 🇬🇧
• Valid DBS check or willingness to apply for one ✅
