The Role:
We are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic, patient, and ready to make a real difference in children’s lives. You will work closely with teachers to support learning, deliver interventions, and help ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with learning activities, both individually and in groups

Assisting in the delivery of planned lessons and interventions

Monitoring and recording pupil progress

Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a supportive classroom environment

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to meet the diverse needs of all pupils
The Ideal Candidate:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)

Experience working in a primary school setting

Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compassionate, patient, and adaptable, with a genuine love for working with children
