The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions
- Assist pupils with SEND, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH needs
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement
- Help students develop confidence and independence
- Work closely with class teachers to support learning outcomes
- Gain practical classroom management experience
