This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates, or individuals looking to gain valuable experience working with children.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom to help them reach their full potential.
- Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities.
- Providing one-to-one and small group support where needed.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Supporting children with additional learning needs where required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, coaching, or similar setting.
- Is patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is adaptable and confident supporting children of different abilities.
- Holds a DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
