What you’ll be doing

Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with autism

Using structured routines to help learners feel safe and settled

Supporting communication, sensory regulation, and emotional wellbeing

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider SEND team

Helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them

Have experience supporting autistic children or young people

Understand sensory needs and how to support them

Build trust through consistency and kindness

Are open to guidance from specialists and enjoy working as part of a team
