We're working with a range of mainstream primary schools, specialist provisions and SEND settings that are looking for compassionate and dedicated SEN Support Assistants to join their teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

• Helping children access learning both inside and outside the classroom

• Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language Needs and other additional needs

• Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement and independence

• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider support teams

• Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have

• Experience working with children or young people

• SEN, care, youth work, mentoring or support work experience

• A calm, patient and positive approach

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A genuine passion for supporting children to thrive
