The Role
- Supporting pupils with SEMH needs both in and out of the classroom
- Building positive relationships to encourage engagement and trust
- Delivering targeted interventions and emotional support
- Assisting with behaviour management strategies
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff and pastoral teams
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with SEMH, behaviour or vulnerable pupils
- Strong de-escalation and behaviour management skills
- Calm, patient and empathetic nature
- Ability to remain positive in challenging situations
- Background in education, youth work, support work or similar welcomed
