We're looking for compassionate and resilient Mental Health & Wellbeing Support Workers to join our team, working in specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) schools. Every day, you'll help pupils overcome barriers to learning, build positive relationships, and feel safe enough to thrive.
No two days are the same, but every day is an opportunity to make a lasting difference.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting pupils in the classroom and around the school day.
- Building trusting relationships with children and young people with SEMH needs.
- Helping pupils regulate their emotions and develop positive coping strategies.
- Encouraging engagement in learning and promoting positive behaviour.
- Working alongside teachers and pastoral teams to create a safe, supportive environment.
- Being a positive role model who helps pupils grow in confidence and resilience.

Or if you've worked with children or young people in education, care, youth services, or mental health settings.
What we're looking for
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people's emotional wellbeing.
- Confidence working with children who may display challenging behaviour.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to remain positive, even on the more challenging days.
