As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a fulfilling, supportive role with a smaller class size, ensuring a higher staff-to-pupil ratio to better meet the needs of each child.

Our school caters to a diverse group of pupils, all of whom have Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and complex SEN. • Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with primary-aged children with SEN, particularly autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
  • A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for pupils with complex needs.
