- A well-resourced science department with modern labs
- Collaborative planning, no reinventing the wheel every evening
- A diverse and engaged student community
- Real focus on staff wellbeing, not just a line in the handbook

- Teaching Physics across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 if that’s your thing)
- Creating engaging lessons that make tricky concepts click
- Building positive relationships with students who are keen to learn
- Working alongside a supportive Science team
What they’re looking for
- UK QTS or equivalent

Why this role stands out
This isn’t a “keep your head down and get through the day” kind of school. It’s a place where teachers are trusted, supported, and encouraged to grow.
Perfect if you’re:
- An ECT looking for proper support, not just a tick-box induction
- An experienced teacher ready for a fresh start in a school that gets it
