We're working with a specialist SEN school in Bristol that's looking for a dedicated and nurturing SEN Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who believes that every child deserves the chance to succeed, whatever their starting point.

What you'll be doing

Delivering engaging, personalised lessons that meet individual learning needs

Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication difficulties

Creating a positive, structured learning environment where pupils feel safe, valued and ready to learn

Working closely with support staff, therapists, families and senior leaders to provide the best possible outcomes

Monitoring progress and celebrating achievements, no matter how big or small

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Have experience working with children with SEND, either in a specialist or mainstream setting

Are patient, resilient and passionate about inclusive education

Can adapt teaching approaches to meet a variety of learning needs

Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
