We’re working with a specialist SEN school in Durham that supports students aged 11–19 with autism and complex learning needs. The school is looking for patient, supportive individuals who are ready to make a difference.
Your role will include:
- Supporting students 1:1 and in small classroom groups
- Encouraging confidence, communication, and independence
- Assisting students with autism and additional learning needs
- Learning from experienced SEN staff and teachers every day
What we’re looking for:
- A caring and dependable attitude
- Someone willing to learn and get involved
- Any experience with young people is beneficial, including coaching, care, or youth work
