Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Job Duties:
- Supporting teachers in the delivery of educational programmes
- Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
- Helping to create and maintain a positive learning environment
- Participating in meetings with teaching staff and parents as required
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Relevant teaching assistant qualification
Education:
- Minimum of GCSE level education
Experience:
- Prior experience working in a similar role within an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of classroom dynamics and student behaviour management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional qualifications in specific subject areas
- First aid training
