At Protocol Education, we understand SEN support is skilled, demanding and incredibly important work. That’s why we focus on recruiting dedicated and experienced SEN Educators who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs to thrive in education. We’ll set you up with roles that suit your experience, strengths and availability, while offering ongoing support from a consultant who truly understands SEN education.

These roles are ideal for SEN Teaching Assistants, SEN Support Workers and specialists with experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or complex learning difficulties. You’ll be working closely with class teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams to provide consistent, tailored support, often on a one-to-one or small group basis. Whether supporting emotional regulation, communication, independence or engagement with learning, your role will make a meaningful difference every single day.

If you’re looking for a role where relationships matter and progress is measured in confidence as much as attainment, this could be the right next step for you.
