Protocol Education is seeking caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across a range of welcoming primary schools in the Mansfield area.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional needs.
- Assist children with a range of SEN, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language needs, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Support pupils both inside and outside the classroom.
- Help implement strategies and interventions to encourage engagement and progress.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to provide the best possible support.
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is desirable.
- A patient, nurturing, and positive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
