They are looking for a confident 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil who benefits from consistent, personalised support throughout the school day.
The role includes:

Delivering 1:1 support tailored to individual needs

Supporting behaviour, routines, and emotional regulation

Helping pupils access learning through adapted resources

Working alongside teachers, SENCO, and support staff

Monitoring progress and celebrating development
