The Role
You will support children’s learning and development through engaging activities, following the EYFS framework and promoting an inclusive environment.
Depending on the setting, you may provide:
- Classroom and 1:1 support
- SEN support for children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs
- Behaviour support and emotional regulation strategies
- Personal care support where required
- Assistance with learning activities and daily routines
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children (nursery, school, or childcare setting)
- Experience supporting SEN children is desirable
- Understanding of safeguarding and child development
- Relevant qualifications (Early Years/SEN) desirable
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
