Protocol Education is seeking friendly, flexible, and proactive Classroom Support Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Lambeth, providing vital daily supply cover and classroom support.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, support children’s learning and development, and work alongside dedicated teaching staff in a variety of school settings.
What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Assisting individual pupils or small groups with learning activities

Helping to manage classroom behaviour and routines

Providing a nurturing and positive learning environment
Who We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children in any capacity (education, childcare, youth work, etc.)

A patient, enthusiastic, and supportive approach

Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different school environments

A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through us
