Are you a caring, patient and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are working with a welcoming school in Chelmsford that is seeking a dedicated individual to join their Inclusion Hub on a long-term basis, with a focus on KS1 support.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a team that genuinely values every child’s journey and celebrates progress in all its forms.
The Role:
- Providing tailored support to pupils with SEN within the Inclusion Hub, particularly in Key Stage 1 (KS1)
- Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver engaging, individualised learning
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and helping pupils develop confidence and independence
- Creating a safe, nurturing and structured environment where every child can thrive
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience supporting children with SEN, ideally within KS1
- Is calm, compassionate and adaptable in their approach
- Is passionate about inclusion and helping every child reach their potential
- Is seeking a long-term, stable role where they can build strong relationships
