SEND Teaching Assistant

Whether you already have SEND experience or are looking to begin a rewarding career in education, you'll be fully supported and valued as part of a welcoming team.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Encouraging engagement, confidence, and positive learning experiences
- Helping children develop emotional regulation and social skills
- Adapting activities and using creative approaches to meet individual needs
- Working closely with teachers and wider school staff to support pupil progress
What we're looking for
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- A patient, positive, and caring nature
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in SEND, care, support work, or a similar setting is beneficial but not essential
