What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils with SEND, including autism and other needs, in and out of the classroom

  • Working closely with the teacher to keep lessons engaging and accessible

  • Creating a calm, structured, and positive learning environment

  • Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and emotional regulation

  • Learning on the job with ongoing SEND training and CPD
