The Role
- Supporting children aged 0-5 years in their learning and development
- Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
- Delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Encouraging children's social, emotional, and educational development
- Working closely with nursery teams, parents, and carers
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and child welfare
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (Full and Relevant) is essential
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
