Role responsibilities:
- Supporting students with hearing and communication needs
- Using BSL to support both learning and social interaction
- Working closely with teaching and therapy staff
Ideal candidate:
- BSL Level 1 (level 2 or 3 is desirable)
- SEN experience preferred
- Adaptable and proactive
The setting:
- Specialist secondary and post-16 provision
- Focus on independence and life skills
- Strong staff support and training
