What you'll be doing

Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties

Working 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils access learning and develop confidence

Assisting the class teacher with personalised learning activities

Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies

Creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels understood and valued

Helping pupils develop social, communication, and independence skills

We'd love to hear from you if you:

✔ Have experience working with children or adults with SEND, care, support work, youth work, or education

✔ Are calm, patient, and resilient

✔ Have strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Are passionate about making a difference in children's lives

✔ Can adapt to the needs of individual pupils and situations
