Whether you're looking to build on your existing HLTA experience or take the next step from a senior Teaching Assistant position, these roles offer the opportunity to lead learning, support teachers and work with pupils across the primary age range.
Role Information

- Term-time only
- 8:30am-3:30pm or 8:30am-4:30pm

What you'll be responsible for
- Covering classes using pre-planned work
- Leading targeted interventions
- Supporting phonics, English and maths
- Helping pupils with SEND and additional needs
- Providing feedback regarding pupil progress
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
- Supporting learning across the primary age range
- Working alongside teachers and school staff
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has HLTA status or equivalent experience
- Has worked in a primary classroom previously
- Is confident leading lessons independently
- Has effective behaviour management strategies
- Can adapt quickly to different classrooms and year groups
- Is enthusiastic, professional and reliable
