Protocol Education are working closely with a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Telford that is seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a school community where students feel safe, supported, and proud of their achievements, both inside and outside the classroom.

The school is built around three core values: Ambition, Respect, and Courage. These values are embedded throughout daily school life and help shape a culture where students are encouraged to aim high, believe in themselves, and treat others with kindness and understanding. Diversity is celebrated, and every student is valued for the unique experiences and perspectives they bring to the community.

There is a strong shared commitment to excellence, with staff working hard to nurture each student’s individual strengths and interests. Success here is measured not only through academic achievement, but through the confidence, resilience, and aspirations students develop along the way.

Learning is central to everything the school does. The Maths curriculum is designed to build secure subject knowledge while helping students apply their learning in meaningful, real-world contexts. Lessons are engaging, purposeful, and focused on helping students understand the importance and relevance of Maths beyond the classroom.

Inspired by its Olympian heritage, the school promotes values such as respect, excellence, and friendship throughout all aspects of school life. Staff are well supported, trusted in their roles, and encouraged to focus on delivering high-quality teaching while building positive relationships with students.
