Family Liaison Teacher – KS3–KS5
Protocol Education is recruiting on behalf of an inclusive secondary school seeking a dedicated Family Liaison Teacher to support students, families and staff across Key Stages 3 to 5.
This non-teaching role offers the chance to utilise your teaching experience in a strategic and impactful position focused on student wellbeing, SEND provision and parental engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
• Acting as the key link between home and school
• Supporting families to overcome barriers to learning and attendance
• Coordinating EHCP reviews and SEND-related meetings
• Delivering targeted SEMH interventions for students
• Supporting safeguarding, attendance and pastoral initiatives
• Working closely with external professionals and agencies
• Promoting positive mental health and wellbeing across the school community
The ideal candidate will have:
• Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience supporting SEND and SEMH needs
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• A proactive and solution-focused approach
