Are you an experienced and resilient Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in specialist education?

We are seeking a committed and compassionate TA to join our dedicated team supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and additional SEND. Our learners have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and benefit from highly personalised, relationship-led provision.

About Our Setting

Our specialist provision offers:

This is a hands-on, dynamic role requiring emotional resilience, professional boundaries and a genuine passion for inclusion.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Has experience working with SEND and/or SEMH pupils
  • Understands trauma-informed and relational practice
  • Can confidently support behaviour in a calm and consistent manner
