We are currently recruiting dedicated Teaching Assistants to support schools across a range of year groups. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping children achieve their full potential while gaining experience in a variety of educational settings.
The Role
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Working with small groups and individual pupils to support learning and development
- Providing additional support to children with SEN, SEMH, or EAL needs where required
- Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create an inclusive classroom environment
- Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources
- Supporting pupils both academically and socially throughout the school day
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, or childcare setting
- A positive, patient, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children's education and development
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
