Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs
- Deliver tailored interventions on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Encourage engagement and participation in lessons
- Support personal, social, and emotional development
- Liaise effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents where required
Ideal Candidate:
- Compassionate, reliable, and proactive
- Experience supporting children or vulnerable individuals
- Able to build strong and trusting relationships
- Confident managing challenging behaviour positively
