No prior classroom experience is necessary—full training and support will be provided on the job.


Key Responsibilities (With Full Training):

  • Supporting students one-to-one or in small groups, especially those with additional learning needs.

  • Assisting with classroom activities, helping children to stay focused and engaged.

  • Encouraging students’ social and emotional development in a nurturing environment.

  • Working closely with teachers to deliver lessons and adapt tasks to suit individual learners.

  • Helping manage classroom behavior positively and consistently.

  • Tracking student progress and contributing to their development through observations and feedback.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • A degree in any subject is desirable but not essential.
