Learning Support Assistant – Whetstone

Looking to make a real difference in the classroom?
We’re working with a forward thinking and popular school to find a brilliant Learning Support Assistant to join their team full-time in the Infants site. You will be joining a popular school in the area with a wonderful team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting teachers in creating engaging, inclusive lessons
- Helping pupils with literacy and numeracy skills
- Working 1:1 or in small groups to give students the boost they needm across EYFS-KS1
- Bringing patience, energy, and encouragement to the classroom every day
What we’re looking for:
- A graduate, or someone with solid experience in a support role
- Confident literacy and mathematical skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to connect with pupils
- Someone who can be a steady, reliable presence in the classroom
