GCSE & KS3 English Tutor
We are looking for a passionate English Tutor to provide 1:1 support for secondary-aged students across KS3 and KS4.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering personalised English lessons
- Adapting teaching approaches to suit individual learners
- Differentiating work to ensure accessibility and challenge
- Using scaffolding techniques to support understanding and independence
- Monitoring progress and adapting sessions accordingly
Essential:
- Experience teaching or tutoring secondary English
- PGCE qualification desirable
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Confidence teaching KS3 and GCSE English content
