With a strong focus on mental health, regulation and positive relationships, they’re now looking for a Mental Health Support Worker who can help pupils navigate challenges and rebuild confidence.

Your role will include

  • Providing 1:1 and small group mental health support

  • Helping pupils regulate emotions and manage anxiety

  • Supporting pupils to re-engage with learning and routines

  • Working closely with pastoral staff, SEN teams and teachers

What we’re looking for

  • Experience supporting mental health, wellbeing or SEMH needs

  • A calm, empathetic and patient approach

  • Confidence building trusting relationships with young people
