What you'll be doing

🌟 Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small group interventions

🌟 Working with children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs

🌟 Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing within the classroom

🌟 Assisting teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences

We're looking for someone who is

✔ A Psychology graduate or holds a related degree

✔ Passionate about supporting children and young people

✔ Patient, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent

✔ Curious about child development, learning, and behaviour

✔ Keen to gain meaningful experience in education

✔ Experienced working with children through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, care work, youth work, or volunteering (helpful but not essential)
