Some pupils need someone who can look beyond behaviour and understand what is driving it.
We are recruiting an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant for a primary school in Filton, supporting children who may struggle with emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement with learning.
You will need to be confident building positive relationships while maintaining clear and consistent boundaries.
We'd love to hear from candidates with experience of:
- Positive behaviour management
- De-escalation strategies
- Supporting children with SEMH needs
- Building trusted relationships with pupils
- Helping children re-engage with learning after difficult moments
Experience in education, SEND, youth work, mentoring or care could all be relevant.
Apply now if you're looking for a role where relationship-building really matters.
