Job Duties:
• Support: Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN in a classroom setting. 🤝
• Assist: Help teachers implement individual education plans tailored to each student’s unique needs. 📝
• Engage: Monitor and supervise students during class activities, ensuring they understand instructions and tasks. 📚
• Manage: De-escalate challenging behavior with positivity and effective behavior management techniques. ✨
• Communicate: Build positive relationships with teachers, parents, and professionals while maintaining detailed records of each child’s progress. 📞
• Nurture: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that helps children integrate into school life more easily. 🌱

Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK 🇬🇧
