We’re recruiting an experienced ASD support professional to work 1:1 with a child in a BS5 primary school. The role requires strong behaviour support skills and confidence in de-escalation strategies.
You’ll be:

Supporting learning in and out of the classroom

Managing challenging behaviour using structured approaches

Helping the child regulate and feel secure
-
Providing daily feedback to the school team
This would suit someone who:

Has previous experience supporting ASD

Understands behaviour as communication

Can stay calm and clear during heightened moments

Is committed to long-term consistency
