Protocol Education is seeking inspirational SEND Teachers to work within specialist schools across Gateshead. You'll support pupils with autism, SEMH needs, and complex learning difficulties, helping them achieve meaningful academic and personal progress.
Your Role
- Deliver personalised and engaging lessons
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs
- Support positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external professionals

The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience within SEND education
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management
- Is resilient, adaptable, and compassionate
- Believes in inclusive learning for all
