About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs within our education support business unit. You will play a vital role in fostering inclusive learning environments and helping children reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEND, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities

Collaborate with teaching staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Adapt and prepare learning resources tailored to individual student needs

Support emotional wellbeing, behaviour management, and social skills development

Contribute to creating a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN in educational or care settings

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Patience, empathy, and flexibility to meet diverse learner needs

Valid Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply

Availability during school term times, Monday to Friday
