We’re working with a secondary school in Westminster looking for an experienced School Office Manager to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a full-time role, perfect for someone who knows how a great school office works and enjoys being the calm, capable presence everyone relies on.

About the role

You’ll take the lead on the day-to-day operation of the school office, making sure systems, processes and people are working together seamlessly. You’ll also line manage the school Receptionist and help create a friendly, professional first impression for parents, visitors and staff.

This is a role with real influence. You’ll be supporting the wider school community, contributing to the school’s ethos, and helping ensure the school is always presented in the best possible light.

What you’ll be doing

  • Overseeing all aspects of the school office and administration

  • Line managing and supporting the Receptionist

  • Acting as a key point of contact for staff, parents and visitors

  • Supporting the smooth running of the school day

  • Proactively contributing to a positive, well-organised learning environment

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working in, or managing, an office environment

  • Previous school-based experience is ideal

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • A calm, professional approach, even on busy days

Maths Teacher 

Full-time, January 2026

School: Oversubscribed inner London school with a high-achieving Maths department.

Role: Teach KS3–KS5 Maths, deliver high-quality lessons, support exam preparation, and contribute to departmental planning.

Requirements:

QTS in Maths.

Experience teaching KS3–KS5.

Excellent organisational and classroom management skills.
