Behaviour Support Specialist | ASD Support | Radstock

Every behaviour is a form of communication.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Learning Support Assistants, Youth Workers, Care Workers or graduates with relevant experience who are passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

You'll play a key role in supporting pupils both within and beyond the classroom, helping them develop emotional regulation, build positive relationships and engage more successfully with school life. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and families, you'll help create calm, structured and nurturing environments where children can feel safe, understood and ready to learn.

If you're patient, resilient and thrive on building meaningful connections with young people, this could be an incredibly rewarding next step.
