Job Description

Job Duties:

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to primary school students in Hither Green
• Plan and prepare effective lesson plans in line with the national curriculum
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

• Prior experience as a Primary Teacher preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively

Knowledge and Skills:

• Thorough understanding of the national curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong classroom management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Education
• Experience working with diverse student populations
