Some children need extra support. Some need someone who won't give up on them.
If you're calm, resilient, and experienced in supporting children with behavioural needs, this could be a role where you genuinely change lives.

- Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategies
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils

- Working closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and SEND professionals
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs
- Can remain calm, patient, and consistent in challenging situations
- Understands behaviour as communication and takes a nurturing approach
- Has experience in schools, alternative provisions, youth work, residential care, mentoring, or similar settings
- Is confident setting boundaries while building positive relationships
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience with any of the following would be a bonus:
- SEMH
