The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a variety of curriculum subjects
• Provide targeted 1:1 support and small group interventions for students with additional learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and social, emotional, and mental health needs
• Help students remain focused, engaged, and confident throughout lessons
• Work alongside teaching staff to adapt learning materials and classroom activities
• Encourage positive behaviour and promote student wellbeing
• Build strong, professional relationships that help students thrive both academically and socially
• Assist in creating a calm, purposeful, and inclusive learning environment

This role offers excellent exposure to secondary education, allowing you to develop practical classroom skills while making a meaningful difference to students' daily experiences.
