This role is ideal for anyone with experience or interest in roles such as LSA, Teaching Assistant, SEND Support Worker, Youth Worker, Care Assistant, or Graduates looking to build a career in education.
About the School
The school specialises in supporting pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), providing a structured, nurturing environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential.
The Role
- Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm)
- Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Helping to improve engagement, behaviour, and learning outcomes
- Working alongside experienced teachers and SEN professionals
- Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Gaining valuable experience in a specialist education setting
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Transferable experience welcomed (care, youth work, support work, etc.)
- No school experience required – full support provided
