We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive sixth form college in Kensington & Chelsea.
The successful candidate will support students across ICT and Art, providing encouragement, pastoral support and practical assistance.
The role will include:
- Supporting students in Level 3 Art and Level 2 ICT
- Providing classroom and individual student support
- Helping students with their learning, confidence and engagement
- Supporting students who may require additional pastoral support
- Supporting IT lessons on Mondays
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with young people aged 16–19
- Is patient, approachable and supportive
- Can build positive relationships with students
- Has a positive and flexible approach
- Ideally has an ICT qualification, with some experience or knowledge of Art
Essential: A valid DBS certificate registered on the Update Service.
